It’s a good product

I didn’t notice a difference at first - but after the first week, I noticed that I was a little more relaxed. And my inhaler use has gone down - chest tightness = anxiety?? I have some major incredibly difficult life changes now - I notice when I forget to take them as I start to shut down and freeze. So it has made a difference.

To go from over thinking and feeling fearful or on constant edge all the time, to being calm and not feeling triggered by normal triggers, it's been awesome! Sleep has been good too, have actually been having dreams.

Friendly service to my inquiry. Wish they had responded to my inquiry about corticosteroid use and NPY relationship. So far, the product seems to be helping after 1/day for 1 week.
