The bottle I received it was so hard to open that it broke the top part and I couldn’t get any moisturizer out so I had to rig it to try to get anything out of it

Terrible customer services, credit chard charged about a month ago and product never shipped. Non responsive customer service.

I’m unable to try because the pump is broken. Please send me a new bottle or pump.
