Usually very satisfied with the products, service, care, packaging and shipping speed but I offered the Discovery Set to my mother, who enjoys trying new cosmetics, and she told me the serum and fluid cream samples were almost empty... She only could really try the luxury cream, which she loved. A bit disappointed for that, when I had to pay 30 EUR... which I could not deduct from my next purchase since I renewed my luxury cream in parallel of this order. Maybe the 30 EUR rebate will still be valid for my next renewal ?

Again, the samples are so small that I cannot fairly assess their effectiveness on my skin.

I am sorry to say that it was really REALLY disappointing experience first. all that could go wrong did go wrong and it was very frustrating and disappointing experience (especially since it was ordered as a present for a very special occasion ) - so I would give 0 starts for that if not for a really professional experience form the staff who addressed the whole very unfortunate situation in a very professional way so I ll give it 3 stars

The company was wonderfully supportive, but the serum it’s not what I thought it would be. This serum doesn’t do anything for me; I was expecting after applying the serum on my face, I should be able to feel a tone/firm kind of texture. I was disappointed because I wanted to like this serum, but I was not satisfied with the results; perhaps my skin responded to the serum differently than others. Thank you for the Excellent service.
