Shipping was fine once my replacement bottle was sent. Getting a replacement bottle from Ruthie Belle was like pulling teeth but it seems they used these people to send it once they were satisfied that their glue was the problem and not me or something I was doing. It took a few weeks of Email responding back and fourth. They sent the exact same batch number and the glue seemed a little better. Still not as good as my first 7 bottles aside from the one that came snd the whole top came off with the lid.
