No refund, unfortunately

I ordered the eye and face creams and was told the the shopping would take 5-7 days. After 2 weeks, I contacted L’Amarue inquiring about the status of my order. I was told shipping was taking longer than usual. I asked for my order to be resent and expedited. The representative assured me that an expedited order had been sent. I still have yet to receive either order and it has been one month. I wish I could leave a positive review but I haven’t been able to even use the product yet.

It’s just ok

Sad I couldn’t even get these out of the packaging.

Shipping was fine, the fact that I can’t get a refund annoys me
