A recent order got lost
A recent order got lost in shipping. I contacted the shipper who referred me back to Korres support.
I have always been impressed with Korres products but now I am even more impressed with the company. I dealt with Michelle in customer support and she was amazing - concerned, apologetic, helpful, efficient.
Things go awry occasionally in the best of companies and when they do it is so nice to be responded to with such kindness and care in seeking a resolution.
