First issue was a couple hours after I made my purchase, the products went on sale. Customer service was great and gave me the discount. It's been almost 4 weeks and I have not recd my products, very disappointed 😞. My tracking # which was originally valid is now invalid. Waiting to hear from the carrier. I dont doubt I will love the product but it is taking too long.

Just discovered Korres products a year ago and love the instant results of their Black pine and plumping creams. Unfortunately my Shoppers isn’t carrying them anymore.

My Wife LOVES the products. My only issue was in the shipping. I ordered for Christmas and set up all delivery notifications so the cream would not be left out in the cold to freeze. My delivery notice came 13 hours after it was put in the community mailbox. Which happened to be 1 am.

I wish as a Canadian we didn’t have to pay duty. I get the olive body cream and I also wish it came in bigger quantities ( greater than 200 ml). Love the product though. Thank you
