I can't tell you how many different CBD gummies I've bought over the last year or so. None of them really did anything for me. Koi labels say "Extra Strength" and they mean it! I started off at 1/2 and my wife 1/4. Within a half hour or so I had a pretty strong but calm feeling come over me. My wife, as usual, insisted she felt nothing. However, when we got up to go to bed for the night, she couldn't walk without me guiding her. At that point, I knew 1/4 was way too much for her and 1/2 was just a tad much for me. I immediately began cutting each cube in half, then quarter, then eighths. I put a little sugar in a pile and tossed the seemingly tiny cubes to get rid of sticky sides. Yes, I will continue a happy Koi customer.
