The quality of products delivered to me are always excellent 10/10.  The quality of service and experience with marketing/advertising is okay, 6.5/10:  There have been two instances whereby I received emails from KNESKO inviting me to leave a review for a 15% discount.  I have completed three reviews on three different products to date.  Each time it seems like KNESKO receives my reviews, yet the discount code is not sent to me.  I generally leave reviews on products I use from different companies because I like doing this and I think others find it helpful.  I am sharing my customer review experience with you because it's about a principle.
