Love the service of a questionnaire about your hair, which then suggests the perfect combination of products for a personalised routine to suit your needs. The range is beautifully packaged, and I love the nature-friendly, sustainability conscious elements. I did have an issue with the delivery service losing my first order, but when I contacted Noughty, they quickly figured out what had happened and re-sent my order, which then arrived very quickly. Can't fault the service or the products, and am loving my new routine.
