So far the Balance Greens has been a good supplement for me as it doesn't contain inulin/chickory root fibre which some others do. I like the resistant starch content which helps repopulate / feed the gut. Order arrived quickly too.

Kids love it this as little afternoon snack. I add frozen bananas for that extra thickness and fibre.

Loving this day cream!! I originally bought it for myself, but I’ve also started my teen boys on a super simple two-step routine (thank you Rachel) using the Enzymatic Cleanser followed by the Day Cream. I love knowing they’re using something uncomplicated, gentle and packed with skin-loving ingredients — without needing a whole shelf of products, that they wouldn’t keep up with! My eldest’s skin is already looking better but we will check back after a few months. Highly recommend!
