I’ve been using Kimi naturals online store for quite a while now and I think the store does its job and it does it well. It professionally set up, the information about the products is easy to navigate to and I never run into any problems like fonts or links breaking. In terms of their delivery process, they are pretty quick, and timely on deliveries. Everything else has been working out so well that I haven’t had to contact their customer service yet, so I believe that’s a plus lol. All in all definitely deserves a 5/5
