Customer service was great (5 stars) for that but the product, I’m still the same size and I’m on week 9. I know everyone is different so I’m waiting till I finish all 5 bottles. Hope it worth it.

The communication with the marker was solid, they were out of product and kept me updated.. I liked the shipping time once it shipped. As for the product, I am disappointed, this was my third purchase of 5 bottles and honestly I noticed no difference. I know change takes time but honestly I believe I will pursue other options.
