I’m sensitive to pills, so I started out only taking one a day the first week, then bumped up to two a day. In a little over a month’s time I had about 1/4- 1/2 inch high of noticeable breast tissue developing and my nipples have become much more sensitive. I have also noticed that my butt looks slightly more plump than before as well, which is an added benefit as it had been deflated by the more sedentary life of covid times. Minor side affects that I’ve noticed seem to be related to expected hormone fluctuations, such as mild fatigue and some new skin bumps in lymph areas and buttocks. I’m hoping these will regulate as my body adjusts to the pills. The product does definitely encourage breast tissue growth, regardless of sex, which is impressive to me, even at a lower dose.
