I initially ordered two jars of your product. While they seemed to be wrapped tightly in bubble wrap, one of the containers leaked during the shipping process into the box and was just a real mess. Outside of that, I have used the product once and it is a very messy process.

I brought this product twice, whe I received it half of it had leaked out.

I just cut all of my hairs off from having big patches gone so I am starting fresh
