The product is working I can see some change. But what I don't like is the fact that you tried to charge my card again without permission and I just received 1st shipment less than 30 days. Therefore I had to send back and report as fraud.

The product can first time like if it has been used. I appreciate the product been replaced. Yes the sealed and packaging could be better.

Shipping was cool.

So the items can super melted. The box even stated perishable. I don’t think usps is a good company to use especially if they’re not going to store items accordingly. I think it’s working prior to using my hair was shedding very heavy . I used the paste 3 times already and the shedding is so minimal. The smell is something but bearable I only use it once a week. Besides the issue with usps I will continue to buy the paste.
