My review is limited to shipping and not the products. No, products are not the problem, but shipping is one of the worse that I have encountered. I shop online too much, so I have dealt with numerous major companies, both big and small, and experienced their shipping practices. The only reason that I am giving the company a second chance is because I want to give the mask and growth oil time before I review it.

First time was good felt soft haven't done a second one yet but so far so good 👌

Only been a month or so

Product was built when I got it so I only got to use half the bottle and the wait time was very long for the product

The smell was great but my hair soaked it up and it stripped my hair. Also when I opened it - the container was not open but I had more product outside the jar than inside. Not sure how that happened - so I guess it was something I did. Anyways, maybe this is not for me but hey I gave it a try. Seems like a great product but just not great for me. Good luck.
