The smell lingered after several washes but I did like the results

I love that it took out the frizz. My hair looks and feels great. I gave it a four for two reasons, but I am hopeful that it will turn into a 5 very soon. First, I did the treatment last week and I have washed my hair three times. It still looks great. If it lasts longer than another month, then it will be fantastic! Even after 3 washes, it still has an odor. I'm hoping that will disappear after my next wash, then it will be a total 5!!!

works well, but if the treatment doesnt last longer than a few washings it wont be worth the price. So it will be interesting to see how long it lasts

While the results were not as great as the "magic sleek" treatments I got at my hairdresser, it did help to tame the frizz and I can wash and wear it without blowdrying. My hair seemed soft and tangle free after subsequent washing. I did not have a lingering unpleasant odor. I would do it again and maybe focus more on the roots which are still a bit frizzier than I would like. But, yeah, I would do it again.

I have tried many products with undelivered promises and disappointed with the results. I can honestly say that Keratin Salon/Direct has exceeded my expectations. I have not washed my hair after the treatment, so I don't know what my hair will look like in a couple of weeks. Otherwise, I would give this product 5 stars! Lastly, the product is very easy to apply.
