I would like to see free shipping with orders.

I like the products and the company, but the shipping charges are insane. Oh, a coupon for 10 or even 20% off? Well, it makes zero difference after you pay for shipping, which is always close to $20! That is definitely a huge deterrent for me. I’d like to try some new products out, but I have to wait until paying for the shipping is worth it. Website could be better. Product descriptions could be a bit more detailed. I wish there were more travel sizes. A dedicated body wash would also be nice. I like that the company is clean and promotes low/zero waste. Prices are just very high, and when shipping is factored in… it’s just a lot.
