Loved the color but the formula of the mascara is so dry that it’s not usable for me. Really sad because I paid so much shipping costs to Germany.

Ordered on Dec 5. It's Dec 31st and still haven't received products.

I ordered the makeup kit on December 3rd and I still haven't received it. Whenever I check the order status it keeps pushing the delivery date back. My shipment has repeatedly left the international carrier facility. I would love to try it but it needs to arrive first. . .

I’ve attempted to reach out for a return. No update since.

Would be nice to receive my whole order and not be ignored.
