This company was prompt in getting the product shipped. My package, however, appears to have been opened while in transit or in the post office. The brown "bag" looked like the adhesive & the fold @ the top was opened. Inside the bag, one of the product boxes had a seal opened @ the bottom of the product box. The company needs to assure product Safety with a more secure mailing material/package.
