Just discovered you this summer, the shipping took a very long time, but the sale offering was great! Will definitely purchase from you again.

I’ve purchased from Kalista many times before and the delivery was always to my door. This time FedEx was holding it at their local facility and it’s a good thing I paid attention or it probably would’ve been returned. Has there been a change in the way these products are shipped to my home?

Delivery was not fast. It would be nice to have more communication about shipping via emails, etc.
