I identified my problem with the adhesive sheets not being strong enough. Kailo sent a package of a newer batch and a package of extra strong. The extra strong were what I expected from the original sheets. The newer sheets were an improvement but my patch fell off while I was out shopping and I couldn’t find it. It was on my back and I don’t know when it fell off. The patch did make a positive difference, once I could keep it in place.

Customer service via email is very helpful. They responded quickly and were honestly interested in providing solutions.

Agreed to refund, but still waiting.

I’ve been testing them out on patients in pain. So far, these seem to be helping them find relief.
