I was experiencing pain in my arm from tennis elbow for about 6 months. It kept getting inflamed anytime I did any activity. Reluctant to try patch I as at a point that I needed pain relief. I had pain everyday in my elbow and forearm. Within 3 days I was about 90% back to normal and within a week I was at 100%. I had to wrap the patch on my arm as the adhesive on patch and roll didn’t hold well on my hairy arm. I am very pleased with results
