I ordered 6 bottles of lotion from JR Watkins thinking I was ordering the peppermint lotion I use nightly for my restless leg only to find out I had looked at the picture on their website and ordered the wrong lotion. I reached out to them on the website and contacted them by phone as well. It took a few weeks but I got the six bottles of peppermint lotion in the mail at no extra charge. Thank you JR Watkins for taking care of this mistake on my part . I am truly fond of your products. You have treated me as a valued customer!
