My review I think speaks for itself. I had a bad experience with my first mascara, ordered in march 2021 (clumping SO badly). But, when I was sent a new one (for free), the new tube doesn't do this. I had resigned myself to it being a bad product and rather, I think I got the first generation or just a bad tube that didn't flow well, yet. So I appreciate getting a new one and I like the product, now. It was a painful nine months trying to work with the old tube, but I'm a supporter of the new product! Thanks.
