I never dealt with Sean other then this review email I received. The person I did deal with the whole time was Anna Popova and she was wonderful! When I ordered my tables it was on a Sunday and I had questions after I ordered. I was surprised when within a few minutes on a Sunday evening I received a quick and sweet response back. She helped me with ever question I had through the coming weeks before receiving my tables. She was so kind, responsive, sweet, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole process a breeze and gave me great confidence and ease with my order and any worries/questions I had.

John was actually who assisted me all the way through the process. Very timely response and updates throughout the delivery process.

The massage table was easy to set up and looks good. Buy Massage was great in shipping out the table from the warehouse on the date that we agreed upon. There was a little hiccup with the freight service that delivered to my office. I noticed the tracking said that it would arrive on May 1st so I called the freight to see what time they would come. They actually said that it wouldn't be delivered until the next day, so we set a time for it. I had to cancel some appointments to be available for the delivery window. Come to find out, they ended up delivering on May 1st and luckily it was a time when I didn't have a client in the office.
