I got the order delivered very quick. I have started using inositol and I will continue and wait and see if I’m seeing any drastic results. So far in 2 months I did notice I was less hungry and also lost some weight with health eating and exercise so I can’t say if it’s the inositol working in combination with lifestyle changes. But worth the try if you’re struggling with insulin resistance and mid afternoon hunger pangs as it’s has been helpful in maintaining my insulin levels I guess. Hence can only write a honest review soon in another couple of months.
