I recently have been diagnosed with PCOS and have been recommended by an Integrated Holistic GP to take inositol which I have never heard of prior to my appointment. I've been taking it every day for a month straight and noticed my hormonal acne has significantly been less inflamed and not as many cystic acne come up as frequently as it did before I took inositol. I will continue to take this as I can tell it's making a difference.
