I’m mostly plant based but had still be having fish-based omega-3s for years because I was afraid of not having omega support. I am so glad I switched! I not only feel better about this choice from a personal standpoint—health, no fishy burping, staying plant based, but I’m so happy about the environmental impact. Thank you for existing IWI!
