I use this a couple of years ago when I was in need of shoulder replacement surgery. I live in Iowa, but my daughter lives in Washington state and she sent it to me. It was a miracle. Absolutely the only thing that helped. After the surgery, I didn’t need it anymore. Until recently, my other shoulder has gotten very painful as well as both of my knees. I ordered some more, and again was absolutely not disappointed. I deeply massage it in at bedtime and in the morning and it helps me get through the day. It is worth every penny!
