I have been using the CBD gummies for sleep for several years. If I run out I definitely notice a difference in the quantity and quality of sleep I get. I have also been using the root butter (for many years as well) for arthritis in my hands and it really frees up the stiffness, especially at night. I highly recommend both of these products.
