Shipping is quick. Packaging (product box) typically arrives pretty beat up / smashed - but that doesn't affect the product at all - it just looks kinda sloppy.

The replacement filters don’t feel like the same quality as original.

I'm actually having a problem with the filter. It's not filtering like it should. I have a little bit of iron in my water and at the bottom of my canister it will have a little bit of black stuff going through.

It was ok. A little disappointing. The box was torn. The taste is saltier than when I tried this before (was given a gift of one of your pouches). I don't understand why it's different. I was surprised it was delivered by Amazon as I purposefully ordered from your company directly as I didn't want to support Amazon.
