We have a faucet filter, bought it about 6!months ago. The adapter broke so I called customer service. They shipped out a whole new unit and we were able to get it reinstalled. My husband had some trouble with putting the filter and broke it, but my son and I helped him figure it out. We also ordered filters for our big pitcher and they arrived promptly.
