I sent a glass dispenser as a gift, when they received it the inner plastic tank was cracked at the top. I contacted invigorated water support re: the issues, asking that they send just a replacement part. 1st of all their response was very quick!!! (Within the hour) & stated they don’t have replacement parts but will ship out a new container! (a whole new container !!!) YALL!!! THAT is customer service!!! I did supply a picture of the broken piece
