The second time, they sent me the wrong color, but once again made it right by the customer. I am beyond happy with both their product and their customer service. Everything was smooth. I had to change my credit card but no problem with that, shipping must have been good because the box was intact, not like some others I receive. Everything was great and I like the filters very much!
