I never received the item. According to the tracking number, as of 1/19/24 , it was in Meridian, ID.

I thought you had over 2% of Ketoconazole, which is the amount needed to actually prevent hair loss, so it’s been just another product that doesn’t help with my hair loss, a complete waste of time and money.

Waste of money.
