I understand that shipping doesn’t
I understand that shipping doesn’t always go to plan, especially in a pandemic. However a week after I contacted customer service to chase my missing order (which was 3+ weeks late), I was told the order was lost. I was assured by customer service that a new order would be sent immediately and received by me within the next 3 days, still nothing came. When I contacted them again I got given the run around and told that the order still hadn’t been processed or shipped. I’ve now requested to cancel my order and won’t be buying again which is a shame because I quite like the products. But the customer service needs to seriously up its game.
