I have only been taking them for less than a week and I can already tell a difference...i have less of an appetite,I feel very energized and I have lost 3 pounds...I take my pill an hour or two after I drink my acv and lemon drink early in the morning,then I don't feel hungry and I usually do not eat until 12 or 1pm...this works perfect for me:) Great product so far!
