I have used these products before. First time using the this specific pill and I was excited about at it first but didn’t see any results so of course I am disappointed.

There's no instructions on how to take the root. I've gained 3 lbs. My body was in so much pain. Feeling very sore. I wish there were instructions on how to take the it 😔 what kind of food am I supposed to eat. I need specifics plz.
