The order process seemed very straight forward and I was happy with that for sure, well done. Unfortunately once the product was shipped it got bogged down in transit and once it got to a certain point I could no longer track. I had to contact your company to inquire and then found out that the product which I ordered, could not be delivered to Canada. I could not determine the reason; however i this had been the case, I am wondering why my order was accepted. I truly believe that Innovation had nothing or little to do with the inability to have this product accepted in Canada; however we were waiting for this and I believe unless I followed up with a direct query we might still be waiting. If there is a better way to ship the material that may have allowed it to come to Canada then for sure it would be wonderful to know this and I would once again attempt to place the order as my girlfriend believe deeply in the product. Thanks very much and appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. Other than the shipping I am very happy with your company's operation.

When I received the shipment and opened the box, there were loose capsules out of the package. I had to put the opened capsules in the garbage. It was my first order. It left me a little reluctant to reorder. I will base my decision on how well the product continues to work for me.

I had previously purchased the route pieces was more effective.
