Customer service great but I returned An item over 2 weeks and no return has been processed yet or refund

I make a order online and I was never received my order

Never received my package nor the refund because according to them the address I provided was false (which it wasn’t) and the package should be on the way back to them

Unfortunately the straps did not fit my TV . Disappointing
