Packaging , website and overall customer service is excekkent

I love the quality of Indie Lee products and the aesthetics of the packaging, especially the glass containers. But I thought maybe they could have refills instead of buying new gas containers, which would be easier for shipping and less materials for each order.

I had such a great experience ordering from Indie Lee. I had forgotten to apply a coupon to an order that a friend had given me. They were so prompt and helpful and applied the coupon after the order went through. All and all, a great experience.

I love love love the toner and brightening cleanser from indie Lee. I recently tried the lotion, recovery lotion and daily nutrition moisturizer. I love the moisturizer, it goes on just the right thickness. The recovery lotion smells amazing and feels great but I do wish the effects lasted longer. I would love if everything came in the beautiful glass like the cleanser for sustainability

I thought the website was easy to use to find the products. Shipping was fast and free with the order I made. Everything came as I expected. Nicely packaged.
