Never received my order

Haven’t received response from customer service yet. Received a totally damaged product in the order. Need a replacement asap.

I am still waiting to get a response back from the team I clearly stated that the colour of my product was not what you guys show on the website, despite sending photos I was told this is normal. If this is normal, you should let the customers know that prior to purchasing the product
