The product received was already exposed to sun/heat making it unusable.I got a new bottle from the US. But when I received the item the solution was already yellow. Its been just over 3 weeks and the solution has become dark yellow and has no effect on the skin

Not sure what this review is for but the product didn't work.

Bad customer support. Refused to even offer me an alternative solution when I reached out.

Still haven’t received my product two plus weeks later. No reply from customer service

The product was never received and was shipped back. I sent a request to have it resent and nobody is answering the help request.
