From the moment I ordered to now using the products, the overall consumer experience has been excellent. The delivery was quick with regular updates on status of shipment. I've now been using the am and pm serum for 2 weeks with my moisturizer and I see the glow! I've been fortunate to have generally good skin, yet it's the most confident I've felt since using these serums. I love that the serums are lightweight, have natural fragrance and the transparency behind the brand with 0.0% photoshop written on their packaging and as soon as you open the box, you see a list of all the things it does not have (i.e. drying alcohols, parabens, SLS, fragrance) etc. And best of all, I'm supporting a woman-driven business who is also of south asian culture. I'm looking forward to continuing using these serums, supporting this brand and hopefully purchasing more!
