Great customer service response when I had an issue with damaged/broken seal packaging! I just wish the free shipping cost threshold was lower as I don’t usually use a lot of product over a longer period of time (sensitive skin). Overall been pleased with the cost yet complete of ingredients in the Vitamin C serum. Spending over $100 on a a small volume serum (e.g. your competitors) is crazy!
