The products I ordered arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, it looks like through shipping, there was an issue with some of the products. I contacted the IndeWild team and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. I really appreciate the customer-first service I received and it's a testament to the brand. Dealing with their team felt like "home" rather than dealing with strangers and that is rare to find, if not impossible! I know IndeWild said they are a lean but mighty team and that could not be more true.
