Love the product - not the packaging!

All of the products I ordered are wonderful so I have no problems there, but I can't give a full 5 star site rating because of a couple customer service issues. 1) The order status didn't update accurately; and 2) no one ever responded when I sent customer service an email asking about the order service.

Working so

Had been using Image and then began using R&F. I did like R&F but the price point became a burden and I decided to return to Image. Price point works for my budget and the products are awesome and recommended by estheticians. I only gave four stars due to issues with the website when ordering. I did the skincare test and the website repeatedly got hung up and had to repeat multiple times to get beyond that point and actually find the products I should order.
