Please consider long standing customers when constantly raising prices, when the value of the item hasn’t gone up, no increase in size etc. Samples only provided when you spend a fortune. What are long term customers receiving for their loyalty?

I’ve used it for a couple of years, so it’s hopefully doing the trick. It stings sometimes when i apply it. The price has shot up over the years which I find unfair. Not enough discounts for loyal customers.

Unfortunately the parcel arrived damaged due to the courier. However Image replaced the item immediately without any problem.
